How do i choose the crystal?
Each of our crystals has a size and applicable number of figures. If it exceeds the maximum number of figures, it will affect the overall viewing effect, so please read the maximum number of figures for engraving the crystal carefully before uploading the picture. If it exceeds the specified number of figures, please choose a larger size.
What types of image files do you accept？
We can process almost any image file format. The most common file formats include JPG, JPEG and PNG.
Do you limit image content?
We cannot accept violent crimes or images that are harmful to children
Can I keep the photo background?
Yes, you can choose to keep the photo background and we will etch it onto your crystal for you.
Do I need to add a light base to my 3D crystal?
The crystal is transparent and the etching is all white. If the background is all white then it is difficult to see the design, so we usually recommend customers to buy it with a lamp holder. We provide a variety of lamp holders for you to choose from. Light can give life to the crystal.
How long does it take to process an order?
We usually complete production within 1-2 working days, and then choose FEDEX or USPS to ship according to the order. Usually the delivery time of FEDEX is 2-3 days, and the delivery time of USPS is 2-5 days.
How to engrave an image on crystal?
The image to be engraved is prepared using specialized software that controls the laser.When the crystal is placed within the laser engraving machine, the laser is directed at the specific points on the crystal's surface, following the pattern provided in the digital file.The laser interacts with the crystal's surface, causing microfractures or a change in the surface texture.
The heating effect of the laser can create a frosted appearance on the crystal. As the laser moves across the crystal, it creates a frosted design or image by removing material in a controlled manner. The result is a high-precision, detailed engraving on the crystal surface.
